Thanks to flipkart for quick delivery, I got the unit in 2 days. But Im not happy with the customer care services, after getting the product I have called up Flipkart customer care to get further information about installation, none of the agent was aware of the same & they keep on transferring my call from one dept to another for more than 15-20 min. I gave up & called up Kent customer care, they have immediately addressed my query & send their technician to install the same. Product is very good & value for money, it works perfectly fine in less hard water, there is no smell or impurities in filtered water, water tastes good too. Im happy with the product & quick delivery of Flipkart but very much disappointed by the customer care services of Flipkart.

Kent product are known for their brand for which I have purchased this from Flipkart at a good price around 6k with credit card offer but some how after using it for 5 months here is below my feedbacks about the product: - Filtering is excellent but water tasteless - Takes air so needs to take out the pipe and fit again so that water fliteration goes fast or else it get slow - Even in warranty if u book a service u need to pay for each visit - Need a water pressure all the time for filtering - Over all working is fine without any hassle till date

Pros:1.Water Taste Good.2.Water tank fill fast (if the water pressure is high).3.Good Purifier for Municipal Water.4.Installation is FreeCons:1.Product Installation,Mine is done after 50 Hours of the delivery.(Your can take less or more depend on your location)2.Product Plastic Body is Cheap as compare to the price range.3.Water Tank Plastic is average could have been better at this price range.4.Water Purifier needs high water pressure otherwise it won't start filling the tank.5.Pre filter doesn't come with the product.In my case,First installation guy wants 1200 for pre filter he said 900 Rs for pre filter 300 Rs for installation then i said my relative install it for free then he said ok then i will install for 1000 Rs then is said no then he said ok i will do it for 900 Rs no installation charge he showed me photo of pre filer and you know what,i find that same filter on amazon for 700 Rs. So if you want install pre filter order it from amazon and when installation guy come tell them to install it with the purifier or you can do it your self,it was pretty easy,If the installation guy won't install pre filter or ask for money to do it,tell them to call his supervisor/manager/Boss any one then he will do it quietly.

Plus points - Good look, simple & stylish design, convenient detachable water storage tank, can mount on wall or place on tabletop, horizontally placed stainless steel uv chamber. If tds of your supply water is below 300-350, definitely go for this, avoid ro that will waste your money, water and health by removing essential natural minerals.Got fast delivery from Amazon and quick installation from Kent.

product delivered on time but for installation it took 4 days.product not install didnt gave demo because as per install person it will not work on low water pressure.he told that you have to put additional boster motor for the same then it will work and asking 2800 Rs for boster motor pump and 300 Rs installation charges. Total 3100 extra.In product specification their is not mention any ware about boster pump.still it is not install i cant use.
